Putting Our Values To Work
We have more than 230 uncommonly talented people across the world. Globally, we’re made up of 59% women and 36% minorities. Our ambition is to continue to build a more diverse team—with ethnic minority representation, LGBTQA+ persons, those with different ability levels and veterans. Sustaining a culture of belonging takes work, but it’s critical and necessary. It requires intention, strategy, and a commitment from us all.
